Not at all. You choose exactly which slots to list and at what discount. Most partners list off-peak or last-minute capacity they'd otherwise leave empty.

Customers can cancel up to 12 hours before the slot. They get DOOZU credit, never a cash refund, to rebook, and your slot goes back on the marketplace for someone else to grab. Within 12 hours, cancellations aren't allowed, so you're paid in full whether the customer shows up or not. Either way you're never worse off than if the slot had been empty.

No contracts and no commitments. You can pause or stop listing any time, with no exit fees. The only cost is our 20 percent commission on actual bookings. If you don't sell, you don't pay.
